Forge Cottage

• Sleeps up to 2 people

All on one level, Forge Cottage has one double bedroom with an adjustamatic bed. It has retained the original fireplace now housing a wood burner which together with the old beams, makes a very comfortable and cozy living area. There is also a bathroom.

Stables Cottage

• Sleeps up to 4 people (2+2)

This single storey cottage, has one twin bedded room with a double bed settee in the lounge. The living area comprises of a lounge/kitchen diner this leads off to a bathroom. This cottage offers an ideal base for a couple or young family.

Hayloft Cottage

• Sleeps up to 6 people

Hayloft is an end property and as such has a bright and airy feel. The front entrance leads into a spacious lounge complete with fireplace and wood burning stove. Off of the lounge is a separate large kitchen /dining area. this is heavily beamed. Upstairs there is a family bathroom, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom and one master bedroom with ensuite shower room.

Coach House Cottage

• Sleeps up to 8 people

Originally part of the main farmhouse Coach house once housed the traps and coaches on the farm. The entrance leads you straight in to the kitchen/dining area which overlooks the gardens. The kitchen opens into heavily beamed the lounge, with wood burning stove. Downstairs there is a double bedroom and a toilet/shower room. The backdoor leads out to the games room and swimming pool. Upstairs there is a family bathroom with a separate toilet. A twin bedded room and a double bedroom which also has a set of bunk beds.

Parlour Cottage

• Sleeps up to 8 people

Once the home of the old milking parlour where milk maids would have milked by hand, this cottage offers great value for perhaps two families. The front door entrance leads straight into a heavily beamed lounge which oozes olde world charm. The lounge leads through to a spacious kitchen/diner, with the back door leading out to the games room and swimming pool area. The upstairs has four bedrooms. There is one twin bedded room, one double room, one double with ensuite shower room and a bunk bedded room with cot. There is also a family bathroom on this floor.

Granary Cottage

• Sleeps up to 14 people

Set apart from the other cottages with its own garden area Granary is the latest and largest of the barn conversions providing excellent accommodation for up to 14 people in SIX bedrooms: 1 double downstairs with en-suite wet room. 5 further bedrooms upstairs: 2 doubles both en-suite, 2 twin rooms and 1 large room with 4 single beds. There is also a family bathroom on this floor. On the ground floor, the main living area is open plan with three distinct areas. The lounge, which has a stone fireplace and woodburner for those chillier evenings, the dining area with a large oak table which seats 14 and a kitchen which has every appliance to make your stay as relaxing as possible. There is also a downstairs toilet. This barn has been loving restored and great care has been taken to provide a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere for your stay.

• All the accommodation has been converted to retain as much of the original charm such as exposed beams and stonework.
• All the cottages have electric pound coin meters.
• All bed linen is provided but not towels.
• All the cottages have well equipped kitchens, TV, Video/DVD, music centres and outside seating area.
• Cots and highchairs are available for all cottages.
• We regret that we cannot accommodate dogs and that all the cottages are strictly non smoking.
• All weeks run Saturday to Saturday

Heating

Forge and Stable are run on oil filled electric radiators.
Hayloft, Coach House, Parlour and Granary have central heating for which there is an additional cost of £25.00 per week from Sept. to April. This is added to the bill on booking, if required.
With the exception of Stable cottage all have wood burners in the lounge.
